Aloe Pocket Full of Marbles(Toy) Miniature American ShepherdThis tiny Blue merle tricolor Toy Aussie is almost more fox than dog. You’ll only see her if she chooses to be seen, otherwise this pup moves like a shadow. Quiet and thoughtful with everything she does. Marble is a more reserved pup, she lets her sister Pebble get the attention, while she sits back and watches from a distance. Her favorite place is snoozing on on the back of the couch, as if she was a cat in a dog body. Though she’s not big on strangers, she LOVES her person. She is a one person kind of dog, and the person she chooses (me, of course) is her whole world.
What Marble lacks in confidence she makes up for in affection. She is a cuddle bug. She loves to be snuggled, pet and loved and she would do it all day if you’d let her. She sleeps curled up above my pillow, and as soon as I wake up, she’ll crawl down and give me morning kisses.
Low/Medium Drive - Loyal - Reserved - CalmMarble originally was terrified of other dogs because, of all dogs, her dad used to bullied her at her previous home. It made her think they were all out to get her, so she thought she had to hide or fight anytime another dog came around. When we reunited her with her sister, Pebble was so excited to meet her and Marble was terrified, the poor thing.
Since joining our pack, Marble has completely come out of her previous shell. While not an in-your-face friendly dog, she loves to make friends with new dogs and loves to meet people when they’re on her level with her. She adores puppies and wants to play and make friends with any that’ll let her. She is so gentle, and won’t push boundaries if another dog doesn’t want her in their space. She’s a beautiful girl with a gentle soul that wouldn’t hurt a fly.
